You can make a reservation with us by Telephone, email or post. Confirmation will be given at the time of your call, by return email or post.

At the time of your reservation you will be asked for either  Debit or Credit Card details to secure your booking.

Cancellations

Should you fail to arrive by 9pm on your day of arrival or cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival -  one nights accommodation for each room booked will be processed from the Card details given at the time of your booking.

For accommodation during June, July and August we require a £10.00 per person per night deposit to be paid at the time of your booking.
This deposit will not be refunded should you fail to arrive or cancel your booking.

Check - In

You may check in between 2.00pm and 9.00pm on the day of your arrival. Should earlier or later times be require  you must pre arrange this at the time of your booking.

Payment for your accommodation is requested at the time you check in - payment can be made by Debit/Credit card ( except American Express ) or GBP Sterling. We do not accept Cheques or Euros.

** Please note that payment by Credit Card will incur a Processing Fee.**

Check - Out

Rooms are to vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure.
